Condominium Management Company
That's us! Our job as a Condominium Management Company is to provide advice to the board of directors, and to execute their decisions. Along the way we are also responsible for keeping the condominium's finances in order, keeping up to date registries of the owners' information, and handling day to day issues that come at the property. The exact details of what the management company is responsible is laid out in the management contract.
While condominium management companies simply take care of vacant units and renting out properties, Brilliant Properties focuses on helping with the management of the condominium company itself. We help with condo finances, legalities, and overall corporation management. This can help condo corporations with making sure that they follow all laws and regulations and help them with managing their tenants as well. We can aid condo corporations with gathering tenant opinions on internal matters, organizing new tenant agreements, and much more. While each contract is different, the role can be broken down as follows:
- Financial Management
- Project Management
- Community Management
- Advise the Board of Directors
Condominium Management companies can get an accreditation through ACMO, called the ACMO2000. This is modeled on the ISO Standards and requires an audit every three years. While it is not a guarantee of quality, it is a good place to start.
